Stephan Keil is the co-founder and Managing Director of The Aviation AM Centre, an EASA-approved Aviation Production Organization based in Duesseldorf, Germany a company that provides certified Aviation Production Solutions for additive manufacturing of aircraft parts. Prior to this role, Stephan worked at Etihad Aviation Group in different Engineering Management roles in the Airline and in Etihad Engineering (leading Etihad's Cabin Modification programme from 2009-2013 and co-developing Etihad Engineering's design and part production capabilities from 2014-2019). Stephan joined Etihad from working in Airbus Commercial Airplanes in Germany and France, in Quality Management and A380 Programme Management roles. Stephan has a MSc degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Management from Paderborn University in Germany. He is 48 years old and married with one daughter.
